It is not just a question of looking backward. The decision to second-guess CIA agents who extracted information to save American lives is even worse when you look forward.
Years from now, long after Barack Obama is gone, CIA agents dealing with hardened terrorists will have to worry about whether what they do to get information out of them to save American lives will make these agents themselves liable to prosecution that can destroy their careers and ruin their lives.
This is not simply an injustice to those who have tried to keep this country safe, it is a danger recklessly imposed on future Americans whose safety cannot always be guaranteed by sweet and gentle measures against hardened murderers.
Those who are pushing for legal action against CIA agents may talk about "upholding the law" but they are doing no such thing. Neither the Constitution of the United States nor the Geneva Convention gives rights to terrorists who operate outside the law.
What IS the rationale for giving murdering terrorists more mercy than they ever showed their victims...or anyone else, for that matter.

What i would say to the O'messiah and his boosters is;
You have a person in your custody. This person and their cohorts wish to kill your children and their school friends, your kids school is 2 hours drive away, any information you get will stop this event from occuring.
What are you prepred to do to stop an atrocity from happening?????
To attempt to slur and prosecute those who have used the legal means at their disposal to keep thousands safe is a discrace.
The Dems - Not a F##kn clue about national security, or protecting your own citizens first and foremost.
For those who believe in abortion-on-demand-at-taxpayer-expense and letting Grandma Old or Uncle Unwell take a pill to free up precious resources for the ungrateful younger generations, the lack of care for their own surely has occurred to them at some point, hasn't it? Is that REALLY the price they would pay?
